To connect Ford Career Entry Program graduates to the job market, Ford Motor Company has created the Technician Talent Network. With over 3,200 Ford and Lincoln Dealerships and over 600 Quick Lane locations in the United States, we match your skills to job opportunities. This network provides our graduates the opportunity to connect with dealers.
Dealers also have the opportunity to post available positions and find technicians. Over 1,000 trained technicians are currently part of the Technician Talent Network.
