Becoming a Ford or Lincoln technician offers more than just a job. It offers opportunities! Thanks to the Ford Lincoln Top Techs Rewards program, technicians are rewarded for their accomplishments through once in a lifetime exclusive experiences or Award HQ points. However, the technicians that take the experience gain a memorable trip with fellow Ford technicians from around the country.
Motor City Masters is a yearly 3-day event that takes place for 1st Time Master Technicians. Technicians from around the country are flown into the heart of Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan for an experience that far outweighs the Award HQ points.
Technicians were hosted at The Henry hotel in Dearborn, Michigan where they enjoyed a welcome dinner filled with food, music and raffle prizes on night one. The next two days technicians have the chance to meet with Ford executives to discuss how they can improve processes for technicians.

Each afternoon, the technicians are taken on a field trip. One is to the Ford Piquette Plant where they get an up close look at vintage Fords and learn about the early days of Ford Motor Company. The other is a relaxing cruise on the Detroit River!

This year, the technicians received a special visit from Mustang Brand Manger Jim Owens for a demonstration of the new Mustang GTD!

The technicians also enjoyed dinners at The Henry Ford Museum and at the Rouge Factory Tour plant where they had the opportunity to explore after dinner!

Each year, the technicians express their appreciation and gratitude for the Ford Lincoln Top Techs program. These experiences are truly a once in a lifetime opportunity!
